You can store almost anything you want, the only exceptions are: Hazardous and Flammable Materials, Illegal or Stolen Goods, Firearms or Explosives, Foodstuffs or Organic Material.

Yes, you need your own padlock, that way you’re guaranteed to be the only person who has a key. 

If you enter the code numerous times incorrectly it is likely that it can stop you from trying for several minutes. If you cannot get access or simply have forgotten your code within office hours then come in and see the staff with your photo ID. Otherwise call our friendly team to assist you outside of office hours.

It is extremely important that you do not follow anyone inside the facility without entering your code, otherwise your code will not work when trying to exit the centre

Yes, you can speak to the office to make an arrangement that may be agreed upon depending on the circumstances. A fee may apply for a longer period of extended access.

We do everything we can to make sure that your goods are as safe as they would be if they were in your home. Our facility has a PIN access system for entry & exit of the main gate. We have 24 hours, 7 days a week video surveillance throughout the facility.

We just ask that you give us 7 days notice on your move out. Within 7 days of you moving out, we will also refund any money that you have paid in advance. 

1 day but we generally have a minimum charge of 1 month rent. We may reduce the minimum charge in certain circumstances. Please contact us for further information.
